The Select package allows you to increase the exposure of your MLS listings with logos, links to your web site, expanded contact information including email, and MLS open house information, plus up to 20 photos per listing. The Select package also allows you to access homefind.com users. From an enhanced listing a user can request a showing or email the agent or firm.
BASIC PACKAGE
Upload your listings for FREE
Extend the reach of your MLS listing with our Basic package for FREE. You can add your listings to homefind.com through MLS PIN at no charge. The Basic listing includes a brief description and price of property but does not include any photos, links or contact information.
Here's How:
To make the most of your MLS listing, follow these simple instructions for Select and Basic packages.
| 1. | If you are interested in the Select Package contact us at: 617.619.6869 or contact your print sales representative. |
| 2. | Log on to the MLS PIN web site at www.mlspin.com and log into H3MLS |
| 3. | Once within the H3MLS click on the "Tools" icon on the top menu |
| 4. | Now click on the "3rd Party Data Transfer" icon |
| 5. | Click on the Homefind.com line |
| 6. | At the bottom of the Homefind.com page check off the box for "Check box to send your data" |
| 7. | The next time that Homefind.com updates listings from MLS PIN your listing will be included in that transfer of new information |
| 8. | This selection can be easily reversed by simply removing your check from this box. |
